Trade War Lab Mercatus Center Research Collaboration

This research collaboration between the Trade War Lab and researchers at the Mercatus Center informs current policy debates on the tariff exclusion process and Chinese economic statecraft. Researchers will explore the determinants of tariff exclusion success. Researchers will also extend the existing Policy Change Index to predict Chinese economic sanctions using Trade War Lab data.
