TEAMSPORT to Community TEAMSPORT: Validating and Adapting a Precision Oncology Reflect Testing Team

The project aims to increase the orders of national guideline-based genomic testing, reduce the turnaround times to test results and increase effective inter-team functioning and communication between pathology and oncology departments using implementation science methods. It will first be implemented at The University of Kansas Health System, then adapted for use in community oncology programs to eliminate geographic disparities. As a result of the study, a TEAMSPORT toolkit is being released that community health care systems can utilize to develop a standardized workflow process to order reflex genomic testing.
