CARES Act University Center Supplemental Disaster Recovery and Resiliency Award
This funding supplements the KU University Center: KU for KS project. These activities respond to the coronavirus pandemic and provide paths to recovery and resilience that include a significant re-employment initiative for a statewide economic infrastructure project. Specifically, this work includes 1) a study of broadband access in Kansas, 2) assistance to state and local governments with economic strategic planning, and 3) access to information about the effects of the pandemic on the economy through an online resource library and the Kansas Economic Policy Conference.
