Biography —

Katie Durham has served as the District Manager of GMD1 since 2022. Originally a Colorado native, Katie has a Masters Degree in Water Resource Management from California State University, Fresno and for the last 10 years has worked in water policy development and water resource management in Colorado, Florida, California and Kansas.
