Jim McLean

Jim McLean has covered politics and public policy for newspapers and Kansas public radio stations for more than 40 years. Over that time, he's contributed several stories to National Public Radio. The "My Fellow Kansans" podcast he produced in 2018, which charted changes in the state's political environment, won a regional Edward R. Murrow award. In addition to his reporting work, Jim serves on the Kansas Oral History Project board of directors and does interviews with notable Kansans for the project's website.
