IPSR is a repository for Kansas data and a hub of interdisciplinary
policy and social research. Staff are available to assist affiliated faculty and student researchers with locating public data, data collection, data management, data documentation, data visualization, and data dissemination.
Evaluation Services
IPSR provides evaluation and data analysis services. Staff can provide affiliated faculty, students, staff, and the public with a range of evaluation needs including evaluation planning, design, and reporting for projects of any size. For more information please view our evaluation brochure

IPSR provides wrap-around sponsored project support services for social scientists and policy-related researchers at the University of Kansas. Services include assistance with identifying, applying for, and managing external support for research.
IPSR is the State Data Center (SDC) lead agency for Kansas. The SDC Program is one of the U.S. Census Bureau's longest and most successful partnerships. It is a cooperative program between the states and the Census Bureau that was created in 1978 to make data available locally to the public through a network of state agencies, universities, libraries, and regional and local governments.
