Kate has been with the Institute since September 2013.


  • Assist and coordinate grant proposal submissions for IPSR.
  • Maintain information on private and federal funding sources in areas related to business, economics, and social sciences.
  • Coordinate interdisciplinary research teams and assist with large-scale proposals.
  • Conduct research development outreach and education initiatives.

Kate is the co-coordinator of the IPSR Doctoral Research Fellows. She participated in the KU Staff Fellows program in 2016-2017.
